Specializing in small job runs and prototyping, the automated line will meet all your needs. The line is capable of screen printing, pick and place, reflow and rework of double sided component placement. Utilizing the surface mount line, along with the Technical Devices wave solder machine, hybrid type boards (which involve both through hole and surface mount) are performed with quality and ease.
