HST employs a full time, onsite IPC-A-610 and electronic theory certified trainer, with a dedicated 1840 sq ft training area. The trainer is responsible for maintaining the training needs, and documenting the training results, of all production and electronic technician employees. The trainer is also available to visit customer sites for training of specific customer workmanship standards so that they can be incorporated into our training program. All assemblers are required to hold an IPC-A-610 certificate.
